Sometimes, staticity sparks more curiosity than movements.
This is a chandelier-looking fountain in a section of Circular Park in Yerevan, Armenia (It's literally like the edge of half of a circle, having an approximate length of 2500 metres and an average width of 120 metres).
The fountain stops working during the night, but the still water continues to work...
